Sanli Factory is a specialized company focused on the R&D, planning, and production of cosmetics, medical devices, and special-use cosmetics. It has established 18 specialized production lines, utilizing German automated emulsification equipment and a 100,000-class GMPC (Good Manufacturing Practice for Cosmetics) workshop. With an annual output value of RMB 1 billion, it is the largest production base in Northeast China supplying products to professional beauty channels, daily chemical lines, and e-commerce platforms.
